Lightweight chap out again going OK on 4.5m. I considered 4.7m but went 76/5.3m which was right. A bit udnerpowered initially but soon well powered. 1-2 foot chop in places with some flat. Landed on sandbank just as it uncovered and had a few runs there and back. Wind swinging a bitso sometimes sailing stright into small wind chop. Smooth near sandbank and inshore for some nice gybes. Zip on my wetsuit broke as I had a p**s in out on sandbank so came in, back aching anyway. Good session and warm in sunshine
